Privacy Policy

LIZARION (lizarion.com) is a game server rental and management panel run as a personal project (contact: [email protected]). This page explains what data is collected when you use the site, what it is used for, and what rights you have over it.

1. What data we collect

• Account: email address, username, password (never stored in plain text — kept encrypted with scrypt), and time zone.
• Sign in with Google: if you use "Continue with Google", we receive your email address and your Google account's unique identifier — never your Google password, and we never access anything else in your account.
• Payments: your card details are processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store them. We only keep the amount, the date, and which purchase each payment belongs to.
• Game servers: configuration, admin passwords (RCON), backups, and server logs for any server you rent, for as long as the account or the server exists.
• Support: the content of the support tickets and messages you send our team. If you write in a language different from the reader's, the text may be automatically translated via the DeepL API.
• Donations between users: if you donate balance to another user (or receive it), we store the amount, the optional message, and both usernames involved.
• Session cookie: technical cookies (not analytics or advertising): one that identifies your logged-in session and one that remembers your language. See the cookies section below.

2. What we use it for

To create and manage your account, process payments and purchases, provision and manage your game servers, send you the necessary emails (account verification, password recovery, purchase confirmation, expiry notices, donations received, support replies), and respond to your support requests. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Some data passes through external providers acting as data processors, solely to provide the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — only if you use "Continue with Google", to verify your identity.
• Resend (SMTP provider) — sending the panel's transactional emails.
• DeepL — automatic translation of support messages, when needed.
• Cloudflare — network/DNS routing traffic to this server.

None of them may use your data for their own purposes unrelated to providing us this service.

4. How long we keep data

• Your account and server data, for as long as the account exists.
• If an account is suspended (banned), it is permanently deleted — including its servers — after 7 days unless reverted before then.
• Support tickets are deleted 48 hours after being marked as resolved.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, or portability of your data, as well as object to its processing, by writing to [email protected] or opening a support ticket from your account. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.

6. Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies: lizarion_session, needed to keep you logged in (httpOnly, expires after 7 days), and lizarion_lang, which remembers the language you choose (expires after one year). We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date above will be updated. Continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance of it.
