Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of LIZARION (lizarion.com), a game server rental and management panel (contact: [email protected]). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

LIZARION lets you rent dedicated game servers for a set period of time (3, 30, 90, or 365 days), manage them from the panel (start, stop, configure, back up, install mods...), and invite other users to collaborate on managing them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity carried out from your account.
• The contact details you give us (email address) must be real and reachable by you — we use them for important notices about your account and your servers.

3. Payments and pricing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Time purchased for a server is non-refundable once elapsed; if the service fails due to a cause attributable to LIZARION, it will be compensated by extending the server’s days free of charge (see Availability).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Host or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes third parties' intellectual property rights.
• Attack, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to other systems (LIZARION's own or third parties').
• Violate the license terms of the hosted games — each game (ARK, Minecraft, DayZ, Project Zomboid, The Forest, etc.) belongs to its respective developers/publishers, and its use is subject to those third parties' terms in addition to these.

Breaching these terms may result in immediate account suspension. A suspended account and its servers are permanently deleted after 7 days unless the suspension is reverted before then.

5. Availability

The service is provided on our own infrastructure, and we guarantee 100% availability. If the service suffers outages or system errors attributable to LIZARION, we take responsibility: we will extend your server’s days free of charge to make up for the affected time.

6. Server collaborators

If you invite another user to collaborate on a server, that person will have the same control over it as you (start, stop, configure, invite or remove other collaborators, and even delete it). Only invite people you trust with that level of access.

7. Limitation of liability

LIZARION is not responsible for the loss of data, saved games, or progress within the hosted video games themselves, beyond the backups the panel itself offers. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of anything important.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; if the change is significant, the date above will be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change implies acceptance of it.
